Materials for Educators
Our islands and the region are unique and special. The materials referenced
below are intended for Pacific Islands - West teachers, students, community leaders and
NRCS resource conservationists. Education and experience form the foundation of
successful resource conservation decisions. Natural resource information
specific to the islands of Micronesia will support the growing thirst for and
awareness of protecting and conserving our islands' natural resources. Whether
you are an employee of NRCS, a teacher, village leader, student or a member of
the general public, please use and share the information offered here. Locally
appropriate information will support the growing foundation of locally led
