About Us

The Natural Resources Conservation Service partners with Conservation Districts, Resource Councils and others to provide technical and some cost-share assistance to private landowners. Our goal is to protect, enhance, and preserve our soil, water, air, plants, and animals using sound science. Participation in USDA-NRCS Farm Bill programs is on a voluntary basis.

Mission:

The Mission of the Pacific Islands - West Natural Resources Conservation Service is to provide progressive leadership and to work with partners for wise use and protection of our islands' resources.

Vision:

People working together toward a healthy and productive environment through planned, wise, culturally appropriate use of island resources.
